Title supplied by cataloger.
Typical example of the free-standing houses of the cigar makers in Ybor City. The porch roof solution is typical of "shotgun" houses for industrial workers all over the South, although it was more usual to have the doorway, and hence the steps, to one side, which does not cut up the porch and first room as much. Spaced here further apart than was originally the case, these houses now contain the Tampa Historic Preservation Board. For the Ybor City State Museum, one has been furnished as of old.
