[Witness testifying at war crimes trial].
Title supplied by cataloger.
Caption on back of photograph reads: "Francois Baix, in witness box, testifies at a session of the International Military Tribunal trying war criminals. Baix, called as a witness by the French prosecution, is a Spanish refugee, and spent some time in the Mauthausen concentration camp. He was employed as a photographic assistant in the laboratory of the camp; made secret copies of the majority of the pictures he photographed there, which are incontestable proof of the atrocities committed there.
