Kassab, Jamal Mohammed Jumua.
[Attacking a village in Darfur].
Refugee camp, Eastern Chad,
Wax crayons on graph paper.
Arabic text on the drawing translates to, "Name: Jamal Mohammed Jumua Kassab. May peace, pity, and the blessing of God be upon you. The people of Omar Albasheer attacked us and killed our brothers, girls, women and children. We need United Nations forces to disarm the Arabs from their weapons, because they killed women, children, and elders, and took their clothes, and looted everything we had in Sudan. They even took our shoes. We really need the intervention of the UN forces because we don't have clothes to wear. And thank you very much, but don't forget to send UN forces because we want to return back to our country."
Drawing that depicts Sudan's military attacking a village in Darfur.
