Biographical:
Dr. Stephen Gyland (-1960), was a Tampa physician who was a pioneer in the study and treatment of functional hypoglycemia and atopic eczema during the 1950s. Dr. Gyland’s work regarding hypoglycemia and its symptoms is cited in a number of publications, most notably in William Dufty’s Sugar Blues and. Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker’s How We Lost Weight and Kept It Off!.
