The commissioners, at their meeting Tuesday, announced tha t the breeding of horses has become a public nuisan0e. From no w on any breeding of horses in the city limits i s fortidden. Also any horses found running loose through the commuinty will be impounded by the city. The commission said they had no objection to residents keeping horses properly fenced, just so long as they don't become a nuisance. Th e swim ming pool will close Sept. 10th. The commission said there was a possibil.ity of the army renting the pool from the city while the school is in session.
