Ring foot. Ovoid body curves to narrow neck. Outturned rim with rounded lip. Single vertical handle attached below rim and at shoulder.

Single groove around shoulder. Three finger marks around base from dipping.

Light brown fabric (7.5YR 6/4). Black slip, high gloss. Underside reserved.

Morel 5213a, f - most similar rim, handle, grooves. Lumps of hardened substance inside pot, like rocks, but too large to have gone through the mouth of the pot in this state.
