A Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) survey was performed at the Kuttler Mound, St. Petersburg, Florida. The mound is part of a larger archaeological complex called Bayshore Homes, and is located adjacent to Abercrombie Park. The City of St. Petersburg purchased the parcel for preservation and this survey helped understand how the mound looked before a house was built on it in 1939. The house (top image below) has now been demolished. The middle image shows the 3D image with the house on top of the site. A 3D image without the house, is shown in the bottom image.
