Biographical:
Charles Breckenridge Parkhill, born in Leon County, Florida in 1859, was a lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was a noted attorney and a Florida Supreme Court Justice (1905 - 1912) as well as a State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit from June 1920 until May 1933. He was educated at Randolph Macon College and the University of Virginia.
