Scope and Content:
The collection contains aerial photographs monitoring the health of Tampa Bay from the inception of the project in the mid-1980s until 2009 when the project was disbanded. Additional materials in the collection include slides and transparencies of aerial photographs, flight paths over Tampa Bay, datasets, papers and journals about various aspects of Tampa Bay's health, and reports generated by the project. Most items were created by the Bay Study Group, although some (such as the aerial composite photographs dating from the 1940s) were obtained from other sources by the Study Group.
