In this project, the University of South Florida DHHC worked with our partner Dr. José Manuel Valle Melón from the Escuela U. de Ingeniería de Vitoria-Gasteiz, Universidad del País Vasco, Spain to develop an AR application from our laser scanning model of the Haghpat Monastery Virgin Chapel building. This test model shows the value for engagement, education, research, and virtual tourism potential using AR.
We would like to thank the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Catholicosate of All Armenians for their support and participation in this project.
